From first contact to invoicing, I coordinate your client cycle and ensure your financial processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Sales Support 

  • CRM management (Salesforce, etc.): creating and tracking prospects, opportunities, quotes, and updating client profiles

  • Following up on unpaid invoices

  • Tracking quotes, orders, and billing to ensure smooth operations

Financial, Pre-Accounting & Payroll Support

  • Collecting and organizing key financial documents: sales, purchases, expense reports, statements, and receipts

  • Keeping your cash flow records up to date (issued invoices, incoming payments, recurring expenses)

  • Handling client or accountant requests and gathering missing documentation

  • Managing payroll data: working hours, absences and leave, overtime, bonuses, allowances, benefits, and expenses

  • Maintaining employee records: contracts, documents, health insurance, and medical appointments

 

Please note: I don’t handle bookkeeping or tax filings directly — I prepare and coordinate all necessary documents with your accountant.
